ORIGIN OF ITS DATA AND CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED

The data subject to processing are those provided by you when completing the contact form on the site. The personal data collected are name, surname and contact email address; all other data requested is company data.

INFORMATION COLLECTED DURING SITE NAVIGATION - COOKIES

Microcolumn s.r.l. has entrusted the development and maintenance services of the site to a specialized supplier, specially appointed as Data Processor; the site and the mail domain used for receiving visitor requests and sending information are hosted by Aruba S.p.A within the European Union. Personal data collected are not disclosed to other parties.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The data collected for the purposes described in the previous point a) will be kept for the exchange of information and will be canceled at the latest within 12 months from the last contact with the Owner.

In reference to your data and the related processing by Microcolumn s.r.l. in the person of the owner indicated above, you may, with the exceptions provided for by art. 2-undeicies of Legislative Decree 196/2003, exercise the following rights:
• right to access personal data concerning you, pursuant to Article 15 of the RGPD;
• right to rectify your personal data, pursuant to Article 16 of the RGPD;
• right to the deletion of your personal data, pursuant to Article 17 of the RGPD;
• right to limit the processing of your personal data, pursuant to Article 18 of the RGPD;
• right to object to the processing of your personal data, pursuant to Article 21 of the RGPD.
